All of our ice cream is "barn made" on site at the Ice Cream Barn. We utilize milk from our cows (which is picked up, pasteurized and homogenized by the Winsor Dairy of Johnston RI, and delivered back to us to churn into delicious ice cream). We also use many other ingredients grown and produced by our local hard-working farmers as well, including fruits, mint, maple syrup, honey, and more!
